Is this endorsement a law or an election rule?
No. It is the President’s statement of support. An endorsement is not a policy order. It does not set election dates, polling places or results, and it does not change any law or government program. North Carolina voters decide these races on election day.
The endorsement is the President’s call. Your own ballot is where you confirm the names and districts, so check it before you vote.
