Prohibited Content
The following types of content are not permitted on USPatriotNews.com and will be removed:
- Hate speech: Content that promotes hatred, violence, or discrimination against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or national origin.
- Threats and harassment: Direct or implied threats of violence, intimidation, bullying, stalking, or sustained harassment of any individual.
- Doxxing: Publishing private or personally identifiable information about another individual without their consent, including home addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, or workplace information.
- Spam and commercial solicitation: Unsolicited advertising, promotional links, commercial solicitation, or repetitive posting of the same or similar content.
- Illegal content: Content that promotes, encourages, or facilitates illegal activity.
- Obscenity: Gratuitously obscene, vulgar, or sexually explicit content.
Stay on Topic
Comments should be relevant to the article or topic being discussed. Off-topic comments, thread derailment, and intentional disruption of conversations detract from productive discussion and may be removed at moderator discretion.
No Impersonation
Do not impersonate other individuals, including other community members, public figures, USPatriotNews.com staff, or any other person or entity. Do not create misleading usernames or profiles designed to deceive other users about your identity.
Moderation
Comments and user-generated content on USPatriotNews.com are moderated. We reserve the right to remove, edit, or decline to publish any content that violates these Community Guidelines, and to do so at our sole discretion. Moderation decisions are made by our team and are final.
We are not able to review every comment in real time. If you encounter content that you believe violates these guidelines, please report it to us (see below). We appreciate our community’s help in maintaining a constructive environment.
Consequences
Users who repeatedly violate these Community Guidelines may face consequences including, but not limited to:
- Removal of offending content.
- Temporary suspension of commenting privileges.
- Permanent ban from the USPatriotNews.com community.
We apply consequences based on the severity and frequency of violations. Serious violations, such as threats or doxxing, may result in an immediate permanent ban without prior warning.
Report Violations
If you witness a violation of these Community Guidelines, please report it to us at contact@uspatriotnews.com. Include a description of the issue and, if possible, a link to the offending content. We review all reports and take appropriate action.
