[BREAKING] NJ Forced to Admit Hundreds of Non-Citizens Voted — Dems Said It Couldn’t Happen

posted on July 24, 2026

They told you it wasn’t happening. They called you a conspiracy theorist. They looked straight into the camera and insisted, with complete confidence, that non-citizens voting in American elections was a right-wing fantasy cooked up to suppress votes and undermine democracy. Well, New Jersey just blew that lie wide open — and President Trump is making sure every American knows it.

On Tuesday, President Trump took to Truth Social to highlight a bombshell report from Just the News revealing that New Jersey’s own motor vehicle system automatically registered approximately 6,600 non-citizens to vote — and that state officials have now been forced to admit that hundreds of those foreign nationals actually cast ballots in real elections. This wasn’t a glitch. This wasn’t a clerical error. This is the predictable, foreseeable consequence of reckless Democrat-backed automatic voter registration policies that prioritize open borders over election integrity.

“A Crooked Election System!!!” Trump wrote, calling on Americans to SAVE AMERICA from a rigged process that the Left has spent years defending, denying, and dismissing. He’s right. And the people of New Jersey — and every state in this union — deserve answers.

How Did This Happen? Follow the Policy

This scandal didn’t emerge from thin air. It is the direct result of so-called “Motor Voter” automatic registration systems, which link state DMV databases to voter rolls. On paper, Democrats sold these programs as a way to boost civic participation. In practice, they created a wide-open backdoor into the American electoral system for people who are not legally entitled to vote.

New Jersey, like many blue states, expanded automatic voter registration in recent years — a policy championed by the same progressive politicians who have simultaneously pushed for driver’s licenses for illegal immigrants and fought tooth and nail against voter ID requirements. Connect those dots yourself.

When non-citizens — including legal residents, visa holders, and potentially others — obtain a driver’s license or interact with state motor vehicle agencies, flawed or poorly designed systems can flag them for automatic voter registration. Without robust verification, those names end up on the rolls. And as New Jersey is now admitting, some of those individuals showed up and voted.

This is not a theoretical problem. This is a documented, confirmed failure that affected real elections with real consequences. How many other states have the same vulnerability and simply haven’t looked — or worse, have looked and are hiding what they found?

Democrats Said This Was Impossible. They Were Wrong.

For years — through the 2020 election cycle, through the 2022 midterms, and beyond — the mainstream media and Democrat politicians relentlessly mocked and attacked anyone who raised concerns about non-citizen voting. They weaponized fact-checkers. They called it “the big lie.” They used it as a cudgel to paint election integrity advocates as racists and extremists.

Now a Democrat-run state has been forced to admit it happened. Where are the apologies? Where is the wall-to-wall CNN coverage? Where are the Senate hearings that would have erupted instantly if this had happened in a red state under a Republican governor?

The silence from the legacy media is deafening — and completely predictable. Because this story doesn’t fit the narrative. It never did.

Consider what the Left has consistently opposed when it comes to protecting the ballot:

  • Voter ID laws — called racist and suppressive, despite being supported by a strong majority of Americans across racial lines
  • Citizenship verification for voter registration — fought in courts across the country by Democrat-aligned groups
  • Purging ineligible voters from rolls — labeled voter suppression every single time a state attempts to clean up its registry
  • Audits of automatic registration systems — resisted and delayed at every turn

Every one of those safeguards, had they been in place, could have prevented what happened in New Jersey. Democrats blocked them anyway. Now hundreds of non-citizens have voted in American elections, and the people who enabled it are nowhere to be found.

The Bigger Picture: Election Integrity Is a National Security Issue

President Trump has made election integrity a cornerstone of his America First agenda — not because of sour grapes, not because of politics, but because the legitimacy of our republic depends on it. One citizen, one vote. That is the foundation of self-governance. When that foundation is compromised — even by hundreds of votes in a single state — the entire system is placed under a cloud of doubt.

And New Jersey is one state. One state that got caught. One state where officials were pressed hard enough that they couldn’t keep the lid on it. How many others are out there?

The Trump administration has already taken significant steps to restore confidence in American elections — pushing for proof-of-citizenship requirements, working to secure federal voter registration processes, and shining a light on the systemic vulnerabilities that Democrats have spent years exploiting or ignoring. This New Jersey revelation is exactly why that work matters and why it must continue with urgency.

American citizens — people who were born here, who came here legally, who pay taxes and follow the law — have a sacred right to have their votes counted fairly and their elections decided by fellow citizens alone. That is not a radical position. That is the bedrock of America.

Bottom Line

New Jersey just confirmed what President Trump, election integrity advocates, and millions of common-sense Americans have been saying for years: non-citizen voting is real, it is happening, and lax Democrat policies are enabling it. The motor voter loophole didn’t create this problem by accident — it created it by design, or at minimum by willful negligence in the face of obvious risk.

Every state in America needs to audit its voter rolls, verify its automatic registration systems, and implement the kind of commonsense safeguards that Democrats have blocked at every turn. And every American who cares about the integrity of their vote should be demanding answers — loudly and without apology.

President Trump saw this coming. He said so. They called him a liar. New Jersey just proved him right.
