The phrase “guaranteed approval loans no credit check” usually appears in ads from online sites that take a loan request and pass it to lenders, and in ads for small payday-style loans. The sites that use these words say in their own disclosures that they are not lenders and that a lender makes the approval decision. The FTC’s advance-fee loans guide says legitimate lenders do not promise or guarantee a loan before you apply.
What is actually true: the lender you apply to decides approval after its own review, and that lender sets the amount, rate and term. The sites in these ads describe themselves as matching services or as businesses that are not lenders.

The claim vs the fine print
Each row sets a headline claim beside the same site’s own disclosure and beside the federal or state source. Claims are quoted as captured on October 28, 2026.
| Claim as advertised | What the same site’s disclosure says | What the federal or state source says |
|---|---|---|
| BorrowMoney.us header tile: “Guaranteed Approval — Flexible criteria, all credit types” | “BorrowMoney.us cannot guarantee any APR since we are not a lender ourselves.” Its disclaimer: “The website only provides a service and is not an agent, representative, or broker of any lender.” | FTC: “Banks and other legitimate lenders won’t promise or guarantee you a loan or credit before you apply.” |
| TribalLoans.com header tiles: “Guaranteed Approval” and “Direct Lenders — No broker, borrow direct” | FAQ: “Approval is never guaranteed by TribalLoans.com.” Disclaimer: the site is “not an agent, representative, or broker of any lender.” | FTC: the same “won’t promise or guarantee” statement. |
| BorrowMoney.us header tile: “No Hard Credit Check — Soft inquiry only, score safe” | “Viewing options uses a soft inquiry. Lenders may perform a hard inquiry and additional verification if you proceed.” | FTC: legitimate lenders check your credit report, confirm your application, and decide whether you can repay before giving “a firm offer of credit.” |
| BorrowMoney.us header tiles: “Instant Approval — Decision in minutes” and “Same Day Loans — Funded today, fast ACH” | Funds may arrive “as soon as the same day, if approved by a lender.” | FTC: legitimate lenders make a firm offer only after they check your credit report and confirm your application. |
| GoodCreditLoans.com phone graphic: “CONGRATULATIONS! You’re Approved” and “Instant decision Under 2 min” | “Submitting a request through our service is not a loan application and does not guarantee approval.” | FTC: ads that say you can get credit regardless of your credit history may use lines such as “Bad credit? No problem” or “No hassle — guaranteed.” |
| BorrowMoney.us page title: “$100 – $5000 No Fees, No Paperwork” | APRs “start from 5.99% up to a maximum of 35.99%.” Repayment: a “61-day minimum repayment period and a 72-month maximum repayment period.” | FTC: real lenders can require an application or appraisal fee before they consider your application. |
Is “guaranteed approval” a promise of a loan?
The BorrowMoney.us home page places “Guaranteed Approval” in its header, followed by “Flexible criteria, all credit types.” The same page’s funding language says funds can arrive only “if approved by a lender.” TribalLoans.com uses the same header words, while its FAQ says approval is never guaranteed by that site.
The FTC says banks and other legitimate lenders will not promise or guarantee a loan before you apply. It also notes that scam ads often promise credit regardless of credit history, using phrases such as “Bad credit? No problem” or “No hassle — guaranteed.”
Does “No Hard Credit Check” mean your credit is not checked?
BorrowMoney.us’s header says “No Hard Credit Check — Soft inquiry only, score safe.” Its disclosure on the same page adds that viewing options uses a soft inquiry, and that lenders may perform a hard inquiry and additional verification if you proceed. GoodCreditLoans.com’s phone graphic shows “Credit check Soft pull only,” and its page says checking your options won’t affect your credit score.
In practice, a soft inquiry is the check used to show you options, and a hard inquiry is the check a lender may run once you move forward. The FTC says legitimate lenders check your credit report before they give a firm offer. The free credit reports checklist on this site covers disputes and freezes.
Does “Instant Approval” mean money the same day?
BorrowMoney.us’s header tiles say “Instant Approval — Decision in minutes” and “Same Day Loans — Funded today, fast ACH.” TribalLoans.com’s header uses “Instant Approval” and “Same Day Loans.” GoodCreditLoans.com lists an “Instant decision Under 2 min,” and its phone graphic shows a “Funding time Next business day.”
The same sites’ disclosures are narrower. BorrowMoney.us says funds may arrive as soon as the same day, if a lender approves. GoodCreditLoans.com says money is deposited into your linked bank account as soon as the next business day, and again only if a lender approves. BorrowMoney.us also shows a countdown, “Offer expires in 4:59,” and an exit pop-up reading “YOUR OFFERS RESERVED FOR 2:00.”
Are these direct lenders?
BorrowMoney.us’s header says “Direct Lenders — No broker, borrow direct.” Its disclaimer says the site “only provides a service and is not an agent, representative, or broker of any lender.” GoodCreditLoans.com says it is not a lender, does not broker loans to lenders, and does not make loan or credit decisions. ChristmasLoans.us says it is not a lender and calls itself a loan matching service that pairs consumers with third-party lenders.
A matching website is a service that passes your request to lenders. The sites’ own disclosures place the approval decision with the lender that receives the request. TribalLoans.com describes itself the same way in its disclaimer.
How much can you borrow, and what does it cost?
TribalLoans.com’s disclosure gives an APR range of 5.99% to 35.99% for qualified customers, with repayment from a 61-day minimum to a 72-month maximum. Its example is a $2,500 loan with a monthly payment of $140.84, and its request form offers amounts from $100 to $5,000. BorrowMoney.us lists the same APR range and repayment periods, and its form also offers $100 to $5,000. Its FAQ describes a personal loan as a way to receive up to $50,000, while ChristmasLoans.us’s page title says “Bad Credit OK up to $50000.” These figures are as captured October 28, 2026.
Who is eligible, and does it depend on where you live?
BorrowMoney.us lists these eligibility points: U.S. resident, age 18 or older (19 or older in some states), and verifiable income. It also says availability may exclude AR, CT, NH, NY, MT, SD, VT, WV, IN and MN.
State rules differ. The Center for Responsible Lending’s Rhode Island release lists 21 states plus D.C. with strong interest rate caps that stop the payday loan debt trap, and says Rhode Island’s law takes effect January 1, 2027.
For active-duty servicemembers and their dependents, the federal Military Lending Act caps the Military Annual Percentage Rate at 36 percent, according to the CFPB payday loan page.

How do payday loans compare on cost?
The CFPB says payday lenders generally do not verify whether you can repay the loan while meeting your other obligations. It also says some state laws let a lender roll over or renew a loan, so that you pay only the fees and the due date moves.
The CFPB notes that credit card APRs can range from about 12 percent to about 30 percent. The Center for Responsible Lending’s payday rate map release says the typical payday loan carries an annual interest rate of nearly 400 percent.
What have courts said about tribal lenders?
TribalLoans.com’s name refers to tribal lending, and courts have ruled on the status of tribal-owned online lenders. A Third Circuit ruling in August 2025 affirmed that an online consumer lender owned by a federally recognized tribe was not an extension of the tribe’s government and did not qualify for sovereign immunity, according to an Orrick summary of the Third Circuit ruling. A Second Circuit ruling, summarized in a Manatt newsletter from May 2019, held that an online tribal lender must comply with state interest rate and licensing laws.
What warning signs does the FTC list?
The FTC describes an advance-fee loan scam as one where the scammer asks for a fee up front, often labeled for processing, insurance or an application, and no loan or lender follows. It says legitimate lenders will not promise a loan without knowing your credit history and then demand payment first. Real lenders can require an application or appraisal fee before considering your application, but no legitimate lender says a fee guarantees you a loan, and an up-front fee for “insurance,” “processing” or “paperwork” is a cue to walk away.
The FTC says lenders must register where they do business, and it names the state attorney general and banking or financial services regulators as places to check. It also says it is illegal for telemarketers to promise a loan or credit and ask for payment up front, before they deliver.

Why do people look at these loans?
Bankrate’s emergency savings report found that only about 30 percent of people would use savings to pay for a major unexpected expense, such as $1,000 for an emergency room visit or car repair. Others would pay from regular income, a credit card, or money borrowed from family or friends, or take out a personal loan (3%). The Bankrate emergency savings report is one source for these shares. The Federal Reserve also publishes data on how many adults would cover a $400 emergency expense using cash or its equivalent, in its emergency expense data.
Quick answers
Which loan is easiest to get approved for with no credit?
Ease depends on the lender. The CFPB says payday lenders generally do not verify ability to repay, while the FTC says legitimate lenders check your credit report and confirm your application before a firm offer.
Which personal loan is the easiest to get?
No lender’s criteria are listed on these pages beyond the points in the sections above. BorrowMoney.us describes “Flexible criteria, all credit types” in its header, and TribalLoans.com’s FAQ says approval is never guaranteed.
Which bank gives a personal loan immediately?
The NCUA’s PALs II rule allows a federal credit union to make a loan immediately upon the borrower establishing membership. The rule applies to federal credit unions, and the NCUA described it in its 2019 release. Matching sites say funds may arrive the same day or the next business day, if a lender approves.
What will disqualify you from a personal loan?
BorrowMoney.us lists age 18 and up (19 and up in some states), verifiable income, and state exclusions. The FTC says lenders check your credit report and confirm the information in your application. Other criteria come from each lender.
Can I get a $600 or $1,000 loan with no credit check?
The matching sites’ request forms cover $100 to $5,000, so $600 and $1,000 fall inside that range. Payday loans are usually $500 or less, according to the CFPB. Whether a lender approves any amount depends on that lender.
I need a loan immediately. What is available?
A federal credit union PAL loan can be made immediately after membership. Matching sites describe same-day or next-business-day funding, if a lender approves. Payday loans are typically due on your next payday. The 211 referral line is free and connects to social service programs.
Who will give me a loan when no one else will?
Each lender sets its own criteria. The FTC says legitimate lenders check your credit report and confirm your application before a firm offer. The 211 referral line, nonprofit credit counseling and credit union PAL loans are listed in the options table above.
